Product Introduction:
This product is a water-based architectural paint with a decorative effect similar to marble and granite. It is mainly made of various selected natural stone powders and processed by unique techniques.

Scope of Application:
It is suitable for indoor and outdoor decoration of various types of buildings, especially the decoration of various types of curved buildings.

Drying time:
Surface dry for 4 hours (at an ambient temperature of 23℃ and a relative humidity of 50%)
Fully dry for 8 hours (at an ambient temperature of 23℃ and a relative humidity of 50%)
Recoating time: 24 hours (at an ambient temperature of 23℃ and a relative humidity of 50%)
Shelf life: 6 months from the date of production (unopened)
Use Reference:
*The base material should be flat, strong, dry, clean, and free of oil and dust. The substrate pH should be less than 10. Moisture content should be less than 10%.
*Before construction, a special sealing primer for stone paint needs to be applied. Set up partitions according to design requirements, and areas not to be sprayed should be shielded and protected.
*After stirring the stone paint evenly, load the materials into a special spray gun for construction.
*During spraying construction, the viscosity of the paint must be moderate, the air pressure should be around 8~10kg/cm2, and the spraying distance should generally be 40~60cm. The diameter of the spray gun nozzle should be 6~8 mm as much as possible. When spraying, the center line of the nozzle should be perpendicular to the wall as much as possible. The spray gun movement should be parallel to the wall, and the running speed should be uniform, first horizontally and then vertically.
*After more than 24 hours, after the stone paint has completely dried, polish the surface appropriately and sweep away the dust.
*Overlay: Use a spray gun to load JD5001 topcoat and spray it evenly and thinly on the stone paint surface. You can also use roller and spray methods to directly roll or brush on the stone paint surface.
*Construction method: roller coating or spraying
*Cleaning of utensils: Wash them with clean water when not in use
*Safety and labor protection: Safety measures should be taken during construction and labor protection clothing should be worn.
